Values.StopKeyUsageOutputSourceDisables an Amazon Web Services Payment Cryptography key, which makes it inactive within Amazon Web Services Payment Cryptography. You can use this operation instead of DeleteKey to deactivate a key. You can enable the key in the future by calling StartKeyUsage.
